What is total wellness coaching?

Welcome to total wellness coaching. This is not in-person workouts, rather, an individualized plan for overall health, fitness, and wellness. 

With this program you get:  

  • A workout plan to follow at your own pace

  • Macronutrient-based nutrition coaching with calorie and macro targets to hit daily

  • Food tips and suggestions 

  • Guidance on other healthy habits like sleep and water intake

  • Motivational mantras

What to expect

We’ll start with a consultation to determine your goals, health & fitness level, eating habits, lifestyle habits (sleeping, hydration, alcohol consumption, etc), what fitness equipment or facilities you have access to, and your daily schedule.

From there we’ll build a program that works for you with setting specific times to exercise, a workout plan so you know what you’re doing each day, a calorie goal so you’re properly fueling yourself while also helping you meet your goals (weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance).

How it works

You’ll get your workout plan for the week in advance along with nutrition goals and daily wellness tips.

A daily text at a time that works best for you will remind you those goals and your workout plan, which will also be emailed to you. Motivational mantras will help push you.

A second daily text will follow up with how you did on your goals for the day because accountability is key to keep you on track.

Once per week you’ll meet with a coach via Zoom to review the previous week, talk about the upcoming week, and update any goals or plans.

In-person one-on-one personal training for workouts is not included, but offered at a discount for participants of this program.

This is a weekly auto-renew subscription with no commitment that can be cancelled anytime with at least 7 days notice ahead of billing.
